Returns and refunds

COMPLETE AWNINGS:

Your awning has been specifically crafted and custom built for your unique needs which render it unsellable to another customer. If a complete awning needs to be returned, we can typically salvage the components, if received undamaged. A 30% restocking fee (on the original sale) Plus 100% of return shipping (can be up to $500) will be charged. In order to return your product, you must contact us to get a valid return authorization within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. You must also get your product to a shipper and have it delivered to us within 30 calendar days from the date you received it .All returns must be complete. If your return is not complete or damaged, it will be rejected and returned back to you, including the return shipping charge.

RECOVERS & REPLACEMENT VALANCES:

Due to the complete custom nature of recovers & replacement valances, they CAN NOT be returned. If you order something incorrectly ( size or color) call us and we will see how we can help rectify the situation.

PARTS:

If a part (frame component, motor, electronic, etc.) needs to be returned, we must receive it undamaged. A 20% restocking fee (on the original sale). In order to return your item, you must contact us to get a valid return authorization within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. You must have it returned to us, at your cost, within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. All returns must be complete. If your return is not complete and undamaged, it will be rejected and returned back to you.
